We use these providers to run the Service:

  • Convex, Inc. (United States): database, backend functions and file storage.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): website hosting, network delivery and bot protection on the free scan (Turnstile).
  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland): payments, subscriptions and invoices.
  • Resend, Inc. (United States): sending account, weekly and monthly report emails.
  • OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States): ChatGPT answers, and structuring the business profile from your website.
  • Anthropic, PBC (United States): Claude answers.
  • Perplexity AI, Inc. (United States): Perplexity answers.
  • Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.: Gemini answers, business listing data (Google Maps Platform), Google sign-in, the Google Analytics 4 connection, and analytics on our website with consent.
  • DataForSEO: collecting answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode as they appear to users.

What these providers receive

AI providers and DataForSEO receive the tracked questions, with the business name, location and language. They do not receive your account details. Email, payment and hosting providers receive what they need to deliver their part of the Service.

Changes

We announce additions or replacements by email at least 14 days in advance, as set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
